The functional training at Kroppsbalans is held by either Alex Gudevik or Alexander Majorov. This workout will suit anyone who want to improve their physique and their ability to deal with stress. The workout that they teach has a calming and relaxing effect on the body while still providing increased mobility and strength.

You’ll be provided with a personal program containing the exercises that you need. Everything is tailored to help make your body feel better, to get your posture back and to find your inner strength again. This program will provide you with the most important foundation to a healthier body.

Heavy equipment or access to a gym is not necessary, you’ll use your body’s own natural weight and strength. Alex’s workout is influenced by yoga and quigong. They also use exercises containing a Theraband. It’s a nifty ribbon that can be incorporated into many different exercises. You’ll get a Theraband as a little present from us so that you can use it at home.

They’ll initially provide you with a simple program that you can do at home or in a hotel room for example. As your physique then enhances the’ll supply you with a more advanced workout to challange your body in a both positive and sustainable way. Alex’s and Alexander’s personal programs will give you the rigth foundation to help you succeed with any other exercise you pursue.
