An effective treatment for spring cleaning the body from the inside out using Cupping and Gua Sha. Connective tissue massage is a treatment thet increases blood flow, releases waste products and lowers nerve tension in the body.
The treatment results in a major cleansing of toxins and metabolic waste that form cellilute in the tissues. The muscles are helped to relax and relieve muscle pain, joint pain, chronic pain and reduce swelling.
We use cupping and Gua Sha in this treatment. With cupping it provides a special vacuum suction and is very effective but can be somewhat painful. The Gua Sha tools that we scrape on your body are less painful and you can work more specifically on different body parts and stagnations. The treatment is of course adapted to your needs, how tight your connective tissue is and where your pan threshold is.
Connective tissue massage can be good to take as a course with about 1-3 weeks between each treatment. You often experience a big positive change in the body after 3 treatments.
